Cartier has given a sneak peak of the "Royal Collection" to appear at the 27th Biennale des Antiquaires held from 11th September for 10 days at the Grand Palais in Paris. 

There will be approximately 100 pieces of exceptional precious stones.
 Many of extraordinary size and quality.  
Some highlights, a 30.21 carat "absolute pure" pear diamond, 
a 29.06 carat cornflower blue Kashmir Sapphire, 
a spectacular 26.6 carat Colombian Emerald
 and a perfect oval shape 57.95 carat Australian Fire Opal. 
In addition, a beautiful natural pearl that belonged to the wife of George V, Queen Mary of England.

Cartier describes the collection as
 "Miniature theatres displaying each stone's noble soul".
