I love a mid week dinner filled with the Spark of gorgeous girls.
We settled in for a cosy evening by the fire.... lots of giggles and chatter.
I was given these beautiful daffodils, picked from the garden and beautifully arranged in true professional florist style...and she isn't a florist!
I made Chicken au Champagne...

Served with my version of a Quinoa Salad.
With edaname, rocket, asparagus, goats cheese with dill, mint and chia seeds. Honey and lemon dressing.
We finished with Fruit and Almond Crumble Cream.
